Introduction to SPEP
What is so amazing about grace? How do I grow in spiritual maturity? What does Presbyterian mean? What does this church believe about spiritual gifts and women in ministry?
With so many different denominations and belief systems surrounding us, we want to know what a church believes. This class is designed to answer these questions and to introduce people to the beliefs, ministries, and mission of SPEP. This class is open to everyone from visitors and regular attenders, to long time members. Attending this class in no way obligates you to join SPEP.

A Missional Community
Becoming a community that makes a difference in the world
Instead of connecting with other Christians for the sake of experiencing community, what if we were to experience community for the sake of participating in God's redemptive work? In this study we will consider this paradigm shift as we study together our missional identity, calling and engagement in both theological and practical ways and in doing so consider new models of sustaining a living and faithful witness to the gospel in our contemporary world.

Resolving Everyday Conflict
Whether it is a tense conversation around the dinner table, an overbearing boss or a difference of opinion with how a ministry ought to run, we all have conflict. Often the way that we respond to the conflict in our lives looks no different than the world around us. In this class, we will work together to unpack the simple and yet powerful ways that the Bible teaches us to respond to conflict as we deal with issues such as rooting out conflict, overlooking offenses, and what real forgiveness means.

Making Your College Years Count
The experts tell us that the years between 18 and 25 are considered “the critical years.” Major decisions that will mold you for the rest of your life are typically made during this time period. Will you go to college? Where will you work? Where will you live and how will you handle your money? As important as these questions are, there is another over-arching question that we want you to explore- what kind of person do you want to become? What convictions are going to drive your life? You are going to change A LOT in this season of your life. We want you to be moving toward God, becoming the person He created you to be and finding out His purpose for your life. Even if that goes against what other people your age are doing. This class is open to anyone between the ages of 18 and 25, whether you’re attending college or not.
