Full Time Youth Assistant

Job Description

The Youth Assistant serves as a key member of the Youth Ministry, supporting the spiritual formation, discipleship, and care of middle and high school students within the Youth Ministry. This role assists in planning, coordinating, and executing weekly programs, special events, and relational ministry. The Youth Assistant is expected to model Christlike character, uphold PCA doctrinal commitments, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and gospel saturated environment for students.
